The necessary utility service is already in place. The new public sewer in Dunlavy, built and paid for by us, was required by the City as part of any redevelopment of the site. The necessary water and wastewater capacity is in place and no additional upgrades are needed. As Maryland Manor already has substantial concrete parking areas, no additional impact to storm drainage is expected. In fact, the new development will result in less impervious site cover than the existing apartment project.
